About the Role We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Associate (CRA) to deliver excellent customer service, support sales, and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.

Key Responsibilities Engage with customers and provide excellent service. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Maintain store hygiene, presentation, and visual merchandising standards. Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks. Handle billing, cash/card transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately. Support daily store operations, including opening and closing activities. Ensure merchandise is well-presented and properly maintained.
