About the Role

As a customer support executive, you need to understand customer requirements and ability to provide positive support to the customers. Able to use the internal database to update the customer data

Necessary Requirement





Hospital Software Implementation Background or Hospital Software Support Experience. Native from Mumbai, Gujarat, Pune, Kerala and South or nearby, area ready for relocation. Hindi /English and Native language Proficiency -Technical Knowledge is a plus point. Qualification - MCA, B.tech (Electronics, CSE, IT) or Medical Field ( BDS,PT etc)

Responsibilities

- Create and send reports to the Senior Karexpert Leadership Team Maintaining Issue Tracker and Helpdesk
- Training Doctors -Understanding the clinical requirement and creating BRD for the same. Resolving Day to Day Operational Issues
