Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AS/400 COBOL 400 (Programming Language).
- Robust knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and maintaining legacy and custom software applications.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques relevant to AS/400 environments.
- Competence in performance tuning and optimization of software components.
