Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience in Food Production and Bakery
Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a recognized institution
Eligibility: Educational qualifications as per UGC norms for the post of Assistant Professor in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts or a related discipline.
Skills/Qualifications Required:
Robust practical and theoretical knowledge of Food Production and Bakery
Ability to teach undergraduate and postgraduate hospitality programs
Hands-on expertise in kitchen operations, baking techniques, and food safety standards
Curriculum planning, student mentoring, and assessment skills
Valuable communication, presentation, and classroom management abilities
Industry-oriented approach with the ability to integrate practical exposure into teaching
