Any degree in Computer Science or equivalent required.
CCNA level routing and switching skills.
relevant experience in Networking and Server level troubleshooting.
experience in Windows Server 2012/2016 (MCSA Certification would be an advantage)
Server hardening and Virus Scanning.
Experience Log management tool like Solar winds network, server and log monitoring
Backup & Recovery using Veeam or similar.
Generating Certificate Signing Requests (CSR), managing keys and installing SSL certificates.
Protocols such as DNS, DHCP, ICMP, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP, FTP, LDAP, SSH, SIP.
LAN, WAN and Wi-Fi networking break fix.
ITIL Certification would be an added advantage
