Roles and Responsibilities
Manage project execution from site to final completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project progress.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Develop and maintain accurate project schedules, budgets, and reports using MS Project or similar tools.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle.
