Sekeron is a growing creative network built to help artists and creative professionals connect, collaborate, find opportunities and get hired. Our community spans photographers, musicians, filmmakers, designers, fashion creators, visual artists, performers and more.

We're now looking for someone who can help make that community feel even more alive.

What You'll Do

As our Community & Culture Intern, you'll get real ownership over how Sekeron engages and grows its creative community.

You'll

Conceptualise and execute contests, challenges and community initiatives across fashion, film & theatre, visual arts, dance, writing and other creative categories

Own these initiatives end-to-end — from the first idea to promotion, participation and results

Ideate, shoot and feature in reels and other social content

Spot trends, formats and conversations worth bringing to Sekeron

Engage with creators, college communities and relevant creative networks

Brainstorm directly with the founding team on community and growth experiments





Gradually take ownership of platforms and tools including Instagram and Meta, based on demonstrated reliability

Who We're Looking For

You'd probably be a great fit if you:

Are based in Delhi NCR and are comfortable with a hybrid setup

Have strong creative instincts and are chronically full of ideas

Understand social media platforms, internet culture and what makes people stop scrolling

Are confident and comfortable in front of a camera

Can take an idea from "wait, what if we..." to actually making it happen

Are proactive, dependable and someone we'd trust with real responsibility

Enjoy talking to people and bringing them together

Don't need to be told exactly what to do every step of the way

Prior experience is great, but not mandatory. Initiative is.
