Position Title: CSR Program Coordinator
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Department: Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Sustainability

Reports To: CSR Manager / Head of CSR
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, data-driven, and community-minded CSR Program Coordinator based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will bridge the gap between corporate strategy and grassroots impact. You will manage daily program operations, lead stakeholder communication, and coordinate employee volunteering initiatives.
A strong background in data tracking (MIS) and hands-on field execution is essential. Complete bilingual mastery (5/5 proficiency) in both Kannada and English is strictly required to effectively manage local community relations and corporate reporting.
Key Responsibilities1. CSR Programme Coordination &
- Project Monitoring
- Coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of localized corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure partner organizations meet milestones.
- Conduct regular field visits across Karnataka to assess ground-level execution, audit progress, and troubleshoot challenges.

Stakeholder
Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, including grassroots NGOs, local government bodies, village panchayats, and community leaders.
- Maintain robust, transparent relationships with implementing agencies through clear alignment on goals and compliance.
- Facilitate regular alignment meetings to gather feedback and improve program delivery.
3. MIS, Reporting & • Documentation
- Maintain a robust Management Information System (MIS) to track all CSR project data, budgets, and participant metrics.
- Author comprehensive progress reports, case studies, and impact documentation for corporate leadership and statutory disclosures.
- Translate field insights, regional government notices, and community feedback between Kannada and English seamlessly.

Execution &
• Employee Volunteering
- Plan, logistically support, and execute on-ground corporate events, donation drives, and community launches.
- Design and promote employee volunteering programs to drive internal engagement and champion a culture of giving back.
- Manage post-event feedback and compile participation metrics to showcase internal community impact.
Required Skills & • QualificationsLanguage Proficiency (Strict Requirement)
- Kannada (5/5): Native or absolute professional fluency. Must be able to read government mandates, write official letters, and speak fluently with rural communities and local authorities.
- English (5/5): Flawless professional fluency. Must be able to write corporate board-level reports, present data to executives, and maintain formal email correspondence.
Technical & • Professional Skills
- Data Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data modeling, and complex formulas) for tracking metrics and building dashboards.
- Project Management: Proven ability to monitor multi-stakeholder programs, track budgets, and meet rigid timelines.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within Bengaluru and rural Karnataka for site audits, community assessments, and event execution.
- Education & • Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), Development Studies, Business Administration, or a related field, with 2–4 years of experience in a corporate CSR or NGO coordination role.
