We're Hiring: Cruise Counsellor (B2B Sales)

For over 30 years, TIRUN Travel Marketing has been a pioneer in the Indian cruise industry. As the exclusive India representative for Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, Silversea, and Azamara, we have played a key role in introducing and growing cruise vacations in India.

We are looking for a commercially driven Cruise Counsellor who can go beyond handling enquiries to create value through customized cruise packages, ancillary sales, and strong travel agent relationships within the B2B ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Query Management & Conversions

- Manage travel agent enquiries through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Drive conversions through effective communication and solution-oriented selling.

Package Creation & Customisation
- Design and promote cruise holiday packages by bundling cruises with flights, hotels, transfers, and experiences.
- Create customised itineraries based on client requirements.

Ancillary Sales
- Drive ancillary revenue by promoting dining packages, shore excursions, travel insurance, cabin upgrades, and other add-ons.
- Identify opportunities to maximise revenue on every booking.





Partnerships & Collaboration
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and other partners to develop and promote bundled travel solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Travel Agent Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agent partners.
- Support agents through product knowledge, package recommendations, and effective selling strategies.

What We're Looking For:

- 2–5 years of experience in the travel, hospitality, or tourism industry.
- Experience in selling holiday packages or customised travel solutions.
- Exposure to ancillary selling and upselling.
- Solid commercial acumen with the ability to identify revenue opportunities.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
