- Manage and oversee all customer relationship management activities related to transportation operations.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that drive service improvements.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of logistics services to clients.
- Establish and maintain solid relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the logistics field.
- Monitor and report on CRM performance metrics to senior management and suggest areas for improvement.
- Lead training initiatives for staff on CRM tools and best practices in customer engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics,
Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the logistics and supply chain industry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
