Role DescriptionPaper Graph is looking for a CRM – Real Estate with 1–3 years of relevant experience to work on real estate projects with our partner builders and developers.

The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling property enquiries, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team throughout the customer conversion process.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome new clients after booking, verify KYC documents, and create accurate customer profiles in the enterprise software or ERP system.
- Issue welcome letters and booking confirmations while clearly communicating payment schedules, documentation requirements, and legal formalities.
- Coordinate with internal legal teams to draft, verify, and execute Builder-Buyer Agreements (BBAs), Allotment Letters, and Sale Deeds.
- Manage registration processes, stamp duty payments, Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) verifications, and compliance with applicable local guidelines, including RERA.
- Generate and issue demand letters based on construction milestones and agreed payment schedules.
- Follow up with clients and financial institutions for timely payment collections, loan disbursements,



and clearance of outstanding dues.
- Maintain accurate statements of accounts and financial ledgers for each client.
- Handle post-sales enquiries, resolve complaints, and manage escalations with empathy, professionalism, and timely follow-up.
- Provide clients with regular project progress updates, including construction milestone photographs and videos.
- Issue official possession notices upon receipt of Occupancy Certificates (OC).
- Coordinate final account settlements, prepare and execute handover kits, and assist with property mutation or Khata processes where applicable.
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Project or Engineering teams to resolve client issues, track project snags, and ensure a smooth post-sales and handover experience.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in CRM, presales, customer relationship management, or real estate sales support.
- Prior experience in the real estate sector is required.
- Good understanding of the real estate sales cycle and customer conversion process.
- Experience using CRM software and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and handle enquiries professionally.
- Strong attention to detail with good reporting and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and local languages will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work full time from the Bengaluru office.
