We are looking for a high-calibre CRM – Cold Storage to join Crystal Logistics Cool Chain —one of India'sfastest-growing cold chain infrastructure companies. This role sits within the Cold Storage function and offersarare opportunity to build, own, and scale something meaningful.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own client relationships for all cold storage accounts

- Coordinate renewals & contract management proactively

- Resolve service complaints with full ownership

- Send monthly usage reports to all active clients

- Onboard new clients smoothly & professionally

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS)

- Client renewal rate above 90% consistently

- Complaints resolved within 48 hours

- Monthly usage reports sent to all clients on time

- 100% clients contacted at least once per month

- Zero billing disputes pending beyond 7 days

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Graduate / MBA

- 2–4 years CRM or account management B2B

- Cold chain / logistics / warehousing preferred

- Strong Excel & communication skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
