About the Role

We are looking for a Credit Operations Manager to take ownership of loan files after they are handed over by the Sales team and drive them through the complete lending process.

Sales Handover Credit Assessment Lender Matching Credit Queries Sanction Disbursement The role will involve evaluating customer profiles, identifying the most suitable Bank/NBFC based on credit policies, and coordinating with lenders to maximize approval and disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

- Take ownership of loan files handed over by Sales and ensure file completeness.
- Analyze financials, bank statements, ITR/GST, bureau reports, repayment capacity, and other credit parameters.
- Assess creditworthiness and identify risks or documentation gaps.
- Match customer profiles with the right Banks/NBFCs based on their credit policies, products, pricing, and eligibility.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for getting the file to disbursement.
- Handle lender queries, credit clarifications, deviations, and additional documentation.
- Track file TAT, approval rates, rejection reasons, and disbursement conversion.




- Maintain updated knowledge of lender policies and identify the best lender options for different customer profiles.
- Support Sales teams with credit structuring and documentation requirements.

Candidate Profile

- 3 to 7 years of experience in Credit Operations / Credit Underwriting / Loan Processing in a Bank, NBFC, DSA, or FinTech.
- Experience in LAP, MSME/Business Loans, Home Loans, or secured lending preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, banking transactions, ITR/GST, CIBIL, FOIR, LTV, and credit assessment.
- Good understanding of multiple Bank/NBFC lending policies.
- Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-oriented environment.
