About the Role

Full Power Media Pvt Ltd is hiring a Creator Partnerships & Influencer Growth Manager to build and scale our creator-led acquisition channel.

You'll own the full creator partnership cycle — discovery, outreach, commercial negotiation, campaign execution, PR coordination, and performance tracking — turning influencer relationships into a measurable growth channel.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research high-potential creators based on niche, audience quality, engagement, and past brand fit.
- Manage and build strong relationships with influencers, creators, media personalities, and industry professionals.
- Build relationships directly with creators, managers, agencies, brands, and media professionals through outreach and follow-up.
- Identify and execute brand collaborations, influencer campaigns, PR opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
- Coordinate campaign negotiations, deliverables, timelines, and execution with influencers and creators.
- Negotiate partnership structures including fixed-fee, affiliate, revenue-share, ambassador, or hybrid models.
- Brief creators clearly on positioning, objectives, deliverables, and campaign requirements.
- Coordinate execution across Reels, Shorts, YouTube, posts, live sessions, and other relevant platforms.
- Represent the company at industry expos, conferences, summits,



networking events, influencer events, and brand activations.
- Attend client meetings, brand meetings, influencer meets, and industry events as a company representative.
- Develop and maintain robust PR and media relationships to enhance brand visibility and positioning.
- Explore opportunities for brand tie-ups, partnerships, sponsorships, collaborations, and event participation.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their marketing objectives and recommend suitable influencer, PR, and brand collaboration strategies.
- Actively network with brands, agencies, influencers, media houses, event organizers, and industry leaders.
- Support the planning and execution of PR campaigns, influencer events, launches, and promotional activities.
- Build and manage the affiliate and ambassador pipeline for repeat, long-term partnerships.
- Track campaign performance including leads, conversions, CAC, ROI/ROAS, views, and engagement.
- Maintain influencer databases and a clean, complete creator CRM to ensure effective follow-ups and relationship management.
- Prepare regular campaign and performance reports.
- Stay updated on trending creators, social media trends, PR opportunities, industry events, and emerging collaboration opportunities.
- Travel PAN India for client meetings, expos, conferences, summits, influencer events, and business development activities.

What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in influencer marketing,



creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, PR, or brand partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the Indian creator ecosystem.
- Proven experience in direct negotiation with creators, managers, agencies, brands, or media professionals.
- Strong communication, networking, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with client meetings, public interaction, networking events, and representing the company professionally.
- Ability to evaluate creators based on audience-product fit rather than follower count.
- Ability to negotiate commercial partnerships independently and work effectively with agencies.
- Focus on conversions, performance, and ROI along with views and engagement.
- Comfortable with frequent travel and a fast-moving work environment.
- Genuine interest in influencer marketing, PR, events, and brand building.

Preferred Experience
- Experience with social media posting/scheduling or PR-based influencer outreach.
- Experience in SaaS, consumer tech, creator-tech, D2C, or digital products.
- Experience working with brands, agencies, influencers, media houses, or event organizers.
- Experience building creator partnerships or influencer programs from scratch.
