What you'll do

- Translate client briefs and business objectives into original creative concepts
- Write and present treatments, pitches, and creative decks to clients and stakeholders
- Define the visual and sonic language of each project: look, tone, pacing, music, sound design
- Lead scripting, storyboarding, and animatic development
- Select and brief directors, DPs, editors, composers, and VO talent
- Provide creative direction on set, protecting the intent without stepping on the director
- Give notes through the post pipeline: rough cut, sound design, VFX, colour, titles
- Direct VO sessions and sign off on final mix and grade
- Oversee versioning and platform cutdowns so the idea holds at any length or aspect ratio
- Maintain brand and campaign consistency across every deliverable
- Mentor and develop the creative team; run reviews that make the work better
