If you have a passion for visual design, creativity, or UX/UI and want to help shape how AI understands design principles, this role is open to you—even with little or no professional experience.

Role Overview

As a Creative & Design Expert, you will help train and evaluate AI models by reviewing design-related content, providing feedback, and contributing examples that teach modern design standards.

You will receive guidance and clear instructions. No prior AI experience is needed, and professional design experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and give straightforward feedback on AI-generated visuals, layouts, and design concepts
- Assess basic quality, clarity, and adherence to design principles (composition, color, typography, usability)
- Help refine or organize design materials under guidance
- Follow provided guidelines to label, rate, or comment on creative outputs




- Collaborate with the team and communicate your observations clearly
- Maintain attention to detail while learning and applying design concepts

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Interest in design, creativity, visual arts, graphic design, or UX/UI (no professional experience required)
- Willingness to learn design principles such as layout, typography, color, and basic user-centered thinking
- Ability to follow instructions and provide clear written feedback
- Basic familiarity with common tools is a plus but not required (e.g., Canva, Figma, or free alternatives)
- Good written communication skills and attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setting

Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Personal projects, school work, or hobby design examples (portfolio not required)
- Any exposure to design software or online design courses
- Curiosity about AI and technology
