Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative Visual Designer with a strong artistic foundation and the ability to create original work from scratch. The ideal candidate should be skilled in developing unique visual concepts, including vector illustrations and design compositions, without relying on templates.

This role requires strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, along with the ability to handle diverse design needs such as social media creatives and branding assets. The candidate should possess solid design thinking and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand requirements and translate them into meaningful, high-quality visuals. A background in drawing or illustration is essential, along with a strong sense of composition, creativity, and originality to deliver visually impactful and concept-driven designs.

Key Responsibilities

Create original visual concepts and design ideas from scratch

Design social media creatives for platforms like Linked In and Instagram

Develop campaign creatives, banners, brochures, and marketing assets

Create custom vector illustrations and graphics

Work across different styles based on project requirements

Design characters and illustrated elements when needed

Translate ideas into strong visual compositions using Illustrator and Photoshop

Contribute to and refine brand identity and design guidelines





Support basic UI design tasks when required

Maintain consistency in quality, style, and brand output

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong foundation in design and visual thinking

Ability to draw or sketch ideas from scratch

Strong illustration skills, especially in vector design

High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Ability to create original work without relying on templates or trends

Strong sense of composition, colour, and typography

Expertise in visual design, layout, and hierarchy

Ability to adapt design style based on requirements

Basic understanding of UI and web design principles

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience in character design

Basic knowledge of motion graphics

Understanding of branding and visual identity systems

Interest in exploring new creative styles and approaches
