We are looking for a talented Couture Fashion Designer to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have a strong design aesthetic, deep understanding of luxury and high-end fashion, and hands-on experience in couture, premium womenswear, and trend-driven collections.

Key Responsibilities

- Research fashion trends, fabrics, embellishments, silhouettes, and couture techniques
- Develop original design concepts for luxury, couture, and premium apparel collections
- Create sketches, mood boards, tech packs, and detailed design specifications
- Work closely with sampling, production, merchandising, and sourcing teams
- Select fabrics, trims, embroidery, prints, and surface developments aligned with brand direction
- Oversee fittings, sample development, design corrections, and final approvals
- Ensure quality, finish, and brand consistency across all designs
- Contribute to collection planning, seasonal development, and new design ideas





Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Fashion Design from a reputed institute
- Experience in couture, luxury fashion, premium womenswear, or high-end apparel
- Strong knowledge of silhouettes, fabrics, garment construction, and embellishment techniques
- Proficiency in sketching, design development, and fashion presentation
- Positive understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and premium fashion aesthetics
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment

Preferred Profile
- Candidates with experience in luxury labels, couture houses, designer wear, or premium fashion brands will be preferred
- Strong eye for detail, finish, elegance, and innovation
