We are looking for a customer-friendly Counter Sales Officer to handle walk-in customers, provide product information, prepare quotations and invoices, and ensure smooth counter sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend and assist walk-in customers at the sales counter.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Provide information about products, prices, availability and offers.
- Prepare quotations, invoices and sales orders.
- Handle cash, card and digital payments as required.
- Coordinate with the stores/accounts team regarding product availability and billing.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
- Follow up with customers when required.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the sales counter.
Requirements
- Minimum Plus Two / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–2 years of counter sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Good numerical and billing skills.
- Automobile/spare-parts experience is an advantage.
