Job Profile Position: Customer Relationship Executive Job Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

- Explain company services to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain customer records and daily work reports.
- Resolve customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly work targets.

Eligibility

Criteria - Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi (English will be an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of Smartphone/Laptop.
