About the Role

We are looking for a

B.Tech/B.E.

Civil Engineering

Fresher with a strong interest in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, documentation, and commercial analysis

. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with details, reviewing drawings, analyzing project requirements, and preparing accurate cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing cost estimates and commercial proposals for surveying, mapping, GIS, utility detection, and engineering projects.

- Review tender documents, RFQs, specifications, and drawings.

- Perform quantity take-offs and measurement calculations.

- Collect pricing information from vendors and subcontractors.

- Prepare costing sheets, bid summaries, and supporting documentation.

- Maintain proposal, quotation, and project records.

- Coordinate with operations, project, and technical teams for input data.

- Support the preparation of project schedules, resource estimates, and project documentation.

- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all submitted documents.

Requirements

- B.Tech/B.E.



in Civil Engineering (Freshers welcome).

- Solid attention to detail and analytical thinking.

- Good understanding of engineering drawings and measurements.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

- Excellent documentation and organizational skills.

- Ability to work systematically and handle multiple tasks.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn commercial and project controls processes.
