Job Summary : We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Corporate Trainer to deliver industry-oriented training programs to BCA and MCA students. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging sessions, bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements, and helping students develop technical, professional, and employability skills.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver classroom and online training sessions for BCA/MCA students. Train students on industry-relevant technologies, software development concepts, and professional skills.
Develop training materials, assignments, assessments, and practical exercises. Monitor student progress and provide mentoring and career guidance. Conduct workshops, projects, mock interviews, and placement readiness sessions.
Collaborate with academic institutions and internal teams to ensure training effectiveness.
Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, MCA, or related field.
2+ years of experience in technical training, corporate training, or software development. Strong knowledge of programming, software development, databases, and emerging technologies. Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills. Ability to engage and motivate students in a learning environment.
Preferred Skills: Experience training college students or fresh graduates. Knowledge of AI, Data Analytics, Web Development, Cloud Computing, or related technologies. Industry certifications and practical project experience are an advantage.
