Corporate Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a Corporate Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, develop corporate client relationships, and generate sales for the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential corporate clients and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and market research.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable products/solutions.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Prepare and share quotations and commercial proposals.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and commercial conditions with clients.
- Coordinate with the sales, technical, procurement, and internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Track sales leads,



follow-ups, meetings, and business development activities.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements
- Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B/Corporate Sales or Business Development preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to generate leads and independently handle client follow-ups.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Experience in Power/Electrical/UPS/Power Backup/Industrial products will be an advantage.
