Role Description The Corporate and University Relations role is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, focused on building and nurturing strategic partnerships with corporates and academic institutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential corporate and university partners, presenting Simandhar’s programs and value proposition, and coordinating collaborations for placements, internships, and academic integration. The role involves regular meetings with stakeholders, managing partner accounts, organizing campus events and corporate workshops,



and ensuring high-quality support to partners and students.

The individual will work closely with internal teams to align partnership initiatives with program goals, track partnership performance, and contribute to brand visibility and outreach in the finance and education ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of Finance to assess partnership opportunities and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including presentation and interpersonal abilities, to engage effectively with corporate and university stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to manage partner relationships, respond to inquiries, and ensure a positive stakeholder experience.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to support partner workshops, student information sessions, and collaborative learning initiatives.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; experience in corporate relations, campus relations, business development, or education partnerships is highly beneficial.
- Additional beneficial skills include stakeholder management, networking, event coordination, familiarity with the finance and accounting education landscape, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
