A reel needs a hook.

A trade video needs a script.

A LinkedIn post needs a point of view.

A new collection needs a story.

And sometimes, a highly technical product simply needs someone to make it engaging.

That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Copywriter with 2–5 years of experience who can think beyond captions and content calendars. Someone who understands brands, has a sharp eye for communication, and knows when three words can do more than three paragraphs.

We’re a design-led premium brand, and we want our communication to feel just as considered as the products we create.

A strong portfolio is mandatory. We want to see how you think, write, and turn briefs into ideas.

What You’ll Be Writing

Your work will move across formats, platforms, and audiences.

You’ll write

- Social media copy, captions, hooks, headlines, and campaign ideas.
- Scripts and copy for trade videos, product films, brand films, exhibition videos, walkthroughs, interviews, Reels, and other short-form video content.
- LinkedIn communication for the brand, founders, and leadership, including product launches, milestones, industry perspectives, exhibitions, company updates, and thought-led content.
- Product narratives that translate technical specifications into clear, engaging communication.
- Website copy, catalogues, brochures, presentations, advertisements, launch communication, and exhibition collateral.
- Taglines, naming ideas, CTAs, campaign lines, and communication concepts that can extend across multiple formats.

Sometimes you’ll receive raw footage and need to find the story inside it.
3. Sometimes the brief may simply be: “This needs to feel better.”
4. You should enjoy figuring out what “better” means.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–5 years of professional copywriting experience.
- A strong portfolio of published or professional work is compulsory.
- Excellent command of written English, grammar, and sentence structure.
- Strong understanding of social media, especially Instagram, LinkedIn, Reels, and digital-first content.
- Ability to write both short, sharp advertising copy and longer-form brand communication.
- Experience or interest in writing scripts for video, including voiceovers, supers, hooks, and transitions.
- Ability to switch between premium, conversational, technical, editorial, corporate, and campaign-led tones.
- A strong sense of storytelling, wordplay, headlines, and contemporary brand communication.
- Ability to simplify technical information without making it sound basic.
- Someone who can contribute ideas, not just execute briefs.
- Comfortable working across multiple projects and fast-moving timelines.

Bonus Points If You… Have worked with brands in architecture, interiors, building materials, furniture, lifestyle, luxury, fashion, design, or advertising.

Have agency experience.

Have written founder-led or thought-leadership content for LinkedIn.

Understand basic SEO and website writing.

Know how copy works alongside edits, music, visuals, pacing, and storytelling in video.

And most importantly, you care about the difference between writing something that is technically correct and writing something people actually remember.
