Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced CICS System Programmer with strong hands-on expertise in CICS system programming on IBM z/OS environments. The role requires deep technical knowledge of CICS internals, configuration, installation, maintenance, and performance tuning. This is not an operations or monitoring role.

n Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, customize, and upgrade IBM CICS Transaction Server on z/OSn
Perform CICS region setup and management, including AOR/FOR/TOR configurationsn
Define and manage CICS resources using RDO / CSD / DFHCSDUPn
Administer and support CICSPlex SM environmentsn
Handle CICS-related SMP/E maintenance, PTFs, and version upgradesn
Perform performance tuning and capacity planning for CICS regionsn
Diagnose and resolve CICS system-level issues, abends, dumps, and performance problemsn
Work closely with z/OS system programmers, application teams,



and middleware teamsn
Ensure high availability, stability, and compliance of CICS settingsn
Participate in on-call support for critical CICS incidentsn
