Vibedu Study Abroad is looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive for our Coimbatore office. The role involves business development, fieldwork, and building partnerships with schools and colleges to promote overseas education opportunities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, converting inquiries into enrolments, and expanding Vibedus presence through strategic fieldwork and institutional partnerships.
Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents on study abroad options
Guide on universities, courses and eligibility criteria
Explain admission procedures and requirements
Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals and digital platforms
Convert inquiries into successful applications
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment targets
Build partnerships with schools and colleges
Organise student seminars and education fairs
Conduct local travel for fieldwork and visits
Plan and execute seminars and workshops
Coordinate promotional events for student recruitment
Manage education fairs and outreach programs
Maintain accurate student records in CRM systems
Track follow-ups and application status
Coordinate with admissions,
documentation and visa teams
Build solid relationships with students and parents
Maintain partnerships with educational institutions
Network with institutional partners
Stay updated on country-specific admission requirements
Monitor visa policies and changes
Research study abroad trends and analyse competitor activities
Eligibility Requirements
Bachelors degree in any discipline
3 years of experience in business development (study abroad consultancy)
Robust communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel locally for fieldwork and institutional visits
Target-driven with excellent follow-up and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
