Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and presentable Hospitality Promoters to represent Shoolin Group at Mangalore Airport and promote our hospitality services through guest interaction and brand engagement activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a warm, customer-friendly attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
Interact with guests and promote the company’s hospitality services and facilities
Explain ongoing offers, memberships, and brand features to customers
Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials
Create a welcoming and positive experience for guests
Represent the company professionally during promotional activities and guest interactions
Assist in generating leads and guest inquiries




Coordinate with the operations and marketing team when required
Maintain proper grooming and presentation standards at all times

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: PUC / Any Graduate
Positive communication skills (English & Kannada preferred)
Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality
Ability to engage with guests professionally
Willingness to work adaptable shifts if required
Prior experience in hospitality, promotions, front office, or customer service is an advantage

Preferred Skills:
Robust interpersonal and guest-handling skills
Sales and promotional abilities
Positive attitude with a hospitality mindset

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
