Job Role & Responsibilites

Key Role & Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for projects.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, technical requirements, scope documents, process flows, and use cases.
Conduct analysis to support business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
Assist in the development of business cases and project plans.
Support project implementation, coordinate with the team and monitor progress to ensure successful delivery.
Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to stakeholders.

Solid analytical and critical thinking skills.
Decent understanding of agile software development, best practices, coding standards and more.
Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and best practices.




Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Communication Skills:
