n Role Purpose
nSupport the Legal function by managing law firm engagement letters, billing, budgeting, SAP transactions and financial reporting to ensure smooth departmental operations. Provide legal administration support generally, including operations for contract and lifecycle management system.

n Key Responsibilities

Process legal invoices, vendor payments, and SAP transactions.n
Track legal budgets, prepare MIS reports, and maintain records using MS Excel.n
Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, internal counsel and external law firms.n
Maintain legal documentation, contract records, and support day-to-day legal operations, including contract and lifecycle management system.n
