Roles and Responsibilities :
Operate the batching plant efficiently to produce high-quality concrete.
Coordinate with the local site, plant team, and marketing team for smooth operations.
Perform preventive maintenance on the batching plant to minimize downtime.
Monitor and control the quality of concrete produced to meet customer standards.
Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all aspects of plant operation.
Job Requirements :
Experience in operations, batching plants, and concrete production is preferred.
Familiarity with the BC mix software is an added advantage.
Solid communication and teamwork skills are essential.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is necessary.
Knowledge of quality control measures and safety procedures is required.
A relevant diploma or degree is preferred.
