About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join our faade division. The ideal candidate will help expand our market presence, build robust industry relationships, and support the acquisition of recent faade projects.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the faade and glazing sector
Build and maintain relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and contractors
Generate leads, track project opportunities, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and upcoming projects
Coordinate with estimation and engineering teams for tender submissions
Prepare and deliver company presentations and capability profiles
Follow up on proposals,



assist in negotiations, and support deal closures
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Business (preferred)
1–4 years of experience in faade, construction, or building materials sales
Solid communication, networking, and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of faade systems (aluminum, glazing, cladding, etc.)
Selfmotivated, targetoriented, and proactive
