Roles and Responsibility
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry research.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and strategies tailored to client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Represent Glorywebs at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company.
Skill Requirement
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role (3+ years).
Strong understanding of market dynamics and client management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and achieve goals.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/MCA/MBA Office Timings: 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM
