CASA Sales Officer
Acquire recent customers by selling the bank's CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) products.
Conduct marketing and promotional activities within the assigned area to generate leads.
Travel locally on a daily basis to meet potential and existing customers.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Encourage existing customers to increase deposits in their accounts.
Cross-sell banking products such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Loans, Credit Cards, and other financial products.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into account openings and business opportunities.
Ensure adherence to all bank compliance and regulatory requirements.
Complete mandatory training, certification, and learning activities conducted by the bank.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, account openings, and sales activities.
Achieve assigned sales and customer acquisition targets.
