Experience:5 to 7 years of experience in Casting with Catia V5/V6
Key Responsibilities
Develop and modify
3D models of cast components using CATIA V5
.
Prepare detailed
2D manufacturing drawings in CATIA V5 as per customer standards.
Apply
GD&T; and dimensional tolerances in accordance with applicable standards.
Interpret engineering specifications and customer requirements.
Implement engineering changes (ECR/ECN) and update CAD models and drawings.
Ensure compliance with design quality, drafting standards, and release procedures.
Participate in design reviews and resolve design-related issues.
Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and cross-functional teams during product development.
Mandatory Technical Skills
Proficiency in CATIA V5
(Part Design, Assembly Design, Drafting).
Robust experience in
3D Modeling of cast components.
Experience in
2D Drawing Creation using CATIA V5.
Valuable knowledge of
GD&T; and engineering drawing standards.
Understanding of casting manufacturing processes and design considerations.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
