Role Description The Control System Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems for battery energy storage projects at REbuffr. Day-to-day tasks include developing control logic and architectures, configuring and tuning process control loops, and integrating control systems with electrical and mechanical components. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting control system issues, optimizing system performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as electrical engineering, systems engineering, and operations.

The engineer will participate in system testing, commissioning,



and continuous improvement activities, ensuring reliable, protected, and efficient operation of energy storage assets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhusawal.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Process Control and Control Systems Design, with experience applying these in industrial or energy storage environments.
- Solid foundation in Electrical Engineering, including power systems, instrumentation, and relevant standards and safety practices.
- Systems Engineering capabilities, including system integration, requirements analysis, and performance optimization.
- Proficient Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing control system, hardware, and communication issues in complex installations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Experience with PLCs, SCADA, automation platforms, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC, Ethernet/IP).
- Familiarity with battery energy storage systems, renewable energy projects, or power plant operations is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhusawal, collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, and follow safety and quality procedures.
