Role Overview

You will not just be writing copy-you will be the strategic mind and editorial voice driving content across up to 5 distinct accounts simultaneously in malayalam. Each brand operates under its own distinct identity, aesthetic, and industry theme.

You will own the end-to-end pipeline: from trend research, concept ideation, and scriptwriting, to on-ground production collaboration with the video/camera team, content calendar management, and multi-channel publishing.

Key Responsibilities

- Multi-Brand Content Strategy: Ideate, write, and execute distinct content strategies for up to 5 different brand accounts across completely different themes, tones, and target audiences in malayalam.
- High-Converting Copy & Scriptwriting: Write scroll-stopping hooks, high-retention video scripts (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts), captions, carousels, and LinkedIn posts tailored to algorithmic engagement.
- Production Collaboration: Work directly with the video production and camera team on-site—guiding scene direction, pacing, and visual storytelling based on your scripts.
- Calendar & Workflow Discipline: Maintain, organize,



and execute structured monthly content calendars across all assigned accounts, ensuring zero workflow bottlenecks under heavy volume.
- Algorithm Adaptation & Trend Hunting: Actively study emerging platform algorithms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta), audience psychology, and viral trends to implement fresh formats across client accounts.
- Social Media Management: Oversee scheduled publishing, grid curation, keyword/hashtag optimization, and account hygiene across all managed client handles.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in content writing, copywriting, and active social media management (Agency background managing multiple concurrent clients is a major plus).
- Versatile Writing Ability: Demonstrated capability to switch tones effortlessly-from high-energy D2C hooks to authoritative B2B positioning.
- Production-Ready Mindset: Solid understanding of how written scripts translate into visual frames, audio hooks, and energetic short-form edits.
- Organizational Agility: Exceptional organizational skills to handle high-workload conditions, strict content delivery deadlines, and multi-brand calendars without compromising quality.
- Platform Literacy: Deep familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, and modern content planning/scheduling tools.

Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Calicut (Kozhikode).
