Proactive In & Out Advertising Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to develop clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, presentations, and corporate communication.

The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills, a strong command of English, and the ability to understand briefs, develop creative content ideas, and adapt writing styles for different audiences and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and original content for social media, websites, blogs, presentations, campaigns, and other communication materials.
- Develop content ideas and concepts based on campaign objectives, target audiences, client requirements, and brand guidelines.
- Write clear and compelling copy for OOH campaigns, marketing materials, proposals, presentations, and corporate communication.
- Develop creative copy including taglines, captions, campaign concepts, headlines, and promotional content.
- Research industry trends, competitors, brands, and relevant topics to develop accurate, relevant, and engaging content.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing, Creative, Sales, and Client Servicing teams to understand briefs and content requirements.
- Translate briefs and ideas into clear, engaging, and effective content.
- Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, tone, consistency, accuracy, and overall quality.
- Adapt writing style and tone according to different platforms, audiences, campaigns, and communication objectives.




- Assist in developing content for client presentations, campaign decks, proposals, and other marketing materials.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all company and client communications.
- Manage multiple content requirements and deliver assignments within agreed timelines.
- Review and refine content based on internal or client feedback.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of professional experience in Content Writing, Copywriting, or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Strong research, proofreading, editing, and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to write concise, creative, and engaging copy for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and translate ideas into effective content.
- Robust understanding of tone, language, grammar, and brand communication.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience in advertising, media, OOH, digital marketing, or a creative agency will be an advantage.
