About the role

You'll work directly with the founder to plan, research, write, and edit written content across platforms and formats.

What are we looking for

- based in Bangalore (preferred, but open to remote)
- loves writing, storytelling, and internet culture
- can switch between playful & creative, and explicit, structured writing
- familiar with social media platforms and trends
- understanding of content style differences across platforms
- understanding of or willingness to learn hashtag strategy and SEO-friendly keywords for discoverability
- leads with curiosity, is proactive, eager to try new ideas, & takes initiative
- detail oriented, organised-ish, and communicates well

What you'll do

- research & ideation
- writing posts, pitch decks, captions, short scripts if and when required
- work on new content ideas and IPs
- experiment - test new content formats and ideas




- work on a monthly content strategy and constantly adapt based on metrics

What we need from you

- Portfolio or writing samples (blog posts, social captions, personal projects, or coursework)
