- Key Requirements:

- 4–6 years of experience in content strategy, brand marketing, social media strategy, or creative planning.
- Strong understanding of digital culture, brand storytelling, and content ecosystems.
- Experience with D2C, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands is preferred.
- Solid communication, copywriting, and campaign planning skills.
- Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns and content strategies across platforms.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging digital platforms.
- Ability to identify trends, creators, audience behaviour, and translate insights into actionable content strategies.
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of visual storytelling and branding.
- High ownership, strong execution skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
