Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Experience: 1+ Year (Content Moderation Mandatory)

Qualification: Graduate

Salary/CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA (maximum), depending on last drawn salary

Shift: Rotational Shifts

Transport: Both-Side Cab / TA

Communication: Good English + Strong Policy Understanding

We are looking for an experienced Content Moderator to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant content moderation experience, valuable English communication skills, and a strong understanding of platform policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Review user-generated text, images, and videos in accordance with platform policies.
- Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates established guidelines.
- Apply moderation policies accurately and consistently.
- Ensure compliance with quality and productivity standards.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases as per defined procedures.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy while reviewing large volumes of content.




- Stay updated on changes to platform policies and moderation guidelines.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of mandatory Content Moderation experience.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of content policies and guidelines.
- Good attention to detail and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Candidates who can work from Gurgaon are preferred.
