We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager / Content Marketer to build OneMetric’s content engine, strengthen our authority in the AI-led revenue enablement space , and create content that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline.

About the role:

You’ll own and execute content across SEO, thought leadership, website, social media, case studies, newsletters, and sales enablement. In the initial phase, this will be a hands-on execution-focused role, working closely with founders, RevOps experts, Sales, Marketing, and Design to create high-quality content and build the foundation for OneMetric’s content engine.

As the team grows, the role will evolve into a more strategic position, with greater ownership of content strategy, processes, team building, and overall content-led growth.

Responsibilities:

Content and Strategy:

- Own OneMetric’s content strategy across blogs, website, social, newsletters, case studies, thought leadership, and sales enablement.
- Build content across the funnel, from awareness and organic acquisition to consideration and conversion.
- Simplify complex B2B SaaS, RevOps, HubSpot, CRM, and AI topics into compelling content.
- Develop content calendars aligned with business and GTM priorities.

SEO & Growth:

- Partner with the SEO team to develop content aligned with keyword, search intent, and business priorities.




- Build a seamless content production process to deliver SEO-led content at scale.
- Create and optimise blogs, landing pages, and other content assets based on SEO requirements and performance.
- Stay updated on AI search, GEO/AEO, and evolving content discovery trends.

Thought Leadership & Sales Enablement:

- Build OneMetric’s authority around RevOps, GTM, HubSpot, AI, CRM, and B2B revenue growth.
- Work with founders and subject matter experts to develop thought leadership, frameworks, playbooks, and industry insights.
- Create case studies, one-pagers, sales decks, product explainers, and other sales enablement assets.
- Use customer and sales insights to make content more relevant and impactful.

AI- Led Infrastructure:

- Build an AI-powered content engine to scale high-quality content production across channels.
- Partner with AI engineers to design effective workflows for research, ideation, content briefs, creation, editing, and repurposing.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive content tasks while keeping strategy, storytelling, and editorial judgment human-led.
- Continuously experiment with AI workflows to improve content velocity, quality, and output.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, editorial, or B2B marketing.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, consulting, or RevOps is preferred.
- Excellent writing, editing, research, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content performance, and multi-channel content creation.
- Strong AI proficiency is a must — hands-on experience using AI tools for research, ideation, content creation, optimisation, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and AI tools.
- Strong ownership, stakeholder management, and ability to work in a rapid-paced, execution-focused environment.
