We are looking for a Content Marketing &

- Business Development Specialist to drive our brand presence and direct client acquisition. In this role, you will lead our LinkedIn content strategy, leverage cutting-edge AI tools to scale high-quality multimedia production, and actively generate qualified leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Strategy &
- Calendar Management:

Design, maintain, and execute a high-converting weekly content calendar tailored to decision-makers in the software industry.

- AI-Powered Content Creation: Utilize advanced AI tools to generate engaging written posts, brand graphics, and video concepts efficiently.

- Video Editing &

- Production:

Edit short-form and long-form video content (client testimonials, product demos, founder insights, and industry commentary) for LinkedIn and social platforms.

- Lead Generation &

- Sales Navigator:

Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, target, and engage prospect accounts, building an active pipeline of potential B2B clients.

- LinkedIn Growth &

- Marketing:

Manage end-to-end LinkedIn presence, optimizing company and leadership profiles to increase reach, engagement, and inbound inquiries.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor post analytics, lead response rates,



and content ROI to continually refine marketing tactics.

Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Experience: 2–4+ years of experience in content marketing, social media management, or business development within the software/tech industry.

- Sales Navigator Expertise: Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for B2B lead list building, outreach, and account research.

- Video Editing Skills: Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve) to produce clean, qualified video assets.

- AI Mastery: Demonstrated experience using AI generation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, ElevenLabs, RunWay) to accelerate graphic, text, and video creation.

- Copywriting: Excellent command of English with a proven ability to write crisp, persuasive B2B tech posts.

- Organization: Strong project management abilities to keep content pipelines structured and consistent.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience working inside an IT agency or software service company.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and outbound sales messaging workflows.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
