HEPZ Content House is a social media and personal branding agency based in Chennai. We build and manage content for creators and brands across Instagram, and we are looking for someone who is comfortable and confident in front of the camera to join our content team.
What you'll do:
- Shoot 3 to 5 short form videos per day from your own space (reels, talking head content, trend based videos, product or brand integrations)
- Deliver raw footage on time as per the daily content calendar
- Follow scripts and creative briefs shared by the content team
- Reshoot or adjust takes based on feedback
- Stay updated on Instagram trends, audio, and formats
What you need:
- A qualified camera or a recent iPhone model with good video quality
- A well lit shooting space and a clean, presentable background at home
- Previous experience shooting content in front of the camera
- Confident on camera presence and clear speaking voice
- Reliable internet connection for uploading footage daily
- Ability to work independently and stick to deadlines
Preferred:
- An active Instagram page showcasing your own content
- Basic understanding of reels editing, trending audio, and hooks
Details
- Location: Work from home
- Stipend: Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 10,000 per month (based on experience and output quality)
- Duration: 3 months, with a full time opportunity on completion based on performance

Growth This internship is designed as a pathway into a full time role with us. Interns who consistently deliver quality content and meet deadlines through the 3 months will be offered a full time position on the content team.
