Role Description The Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for producing engaging content that showcases Aerione Bharat’s space education programs and initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include developing written, visual, and multimedia content for websites, social media, presentations, and marketing campaigns that communicate complex STEM and space concepts in an accessible way. The role involves collaborating with program leads and educators to gather information, document student experiences, and craft stories that highlight research, innovation, and hands-on learning.





The Content

Creator will also plan content calendars, optimize content for audience engagement, and maintain brand consistency across all communication channels. This position requires close coordination with the marketing and education teams to support outreach, events, and partnerships.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in content creation, including writing, storytelling, and basic visual or multimedia production for digital platforms.
- Experience in educational, STEM, or science communication content, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with social media management, basic digital marketing practices, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to research, interview subject-matter experts, and transform program activities, student projects, and research outcomes into compelling narratives.
- Excellent command of English, with strong grammar, editing, and proofreading capabilities.
- Comfort working on-site in a collaborative environment with educators, engineers, and students, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, English, Education, or a related field; exposure to STEM or space-related domains is an advantage.
- Prior experience in content creation for education, technology, or science-focused organizations is preferred.
