Role Description The Content and Reel Creator is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. Day-to-day tasks include planning content calendars, coordinating with the marketing and sales teams to capture property highlights, shooting and editing reels, writing captions and short copy, and optimizing content for reach and engagement. The role involves staying updated on social media trends, analyzing performance metrics, and refining content strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.

The Content and Reel Creator also collaborates with designers, videographers, and leadership to ensure consistent,



high-quality visual storytelling aligned with the company’s positioning in the luxury real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

- Strong skills in content creation for social media, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, and short-form video production (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, short videos, and social media content .
- Develop creative ideas around real estate, lifestyle, luxury properties, trends, and relatable topics .
- Appear confidently on camera and present content naturally.
- Write engaging scripts, hooks, captions, and Reel concepts .
- Research current Instagram trends, audio, formats, and content styles.
- Coordinate with marketing and real estate teams for content planning and shoots.
- Conduct property walkthroughs, project videos, informational Reels, and promotional content .
- Create engaging, natural, and shareable content aligned with the brand.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in real estate video shoots/content creation .
- Strong on-camera presence and communication skills.
- Creative thinking and good storytelling ability.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content.
- Experience creating real estate/property-focused content .
- Portfolio of previous work is preferred.
