A Construction Project Manager for a residential project oversees the entire building process from planning to handover, ensuring work stays on time, within budget, and up to safety standards.

Guide or Key Responsibilities

- Planning & Scheduling: Create detailed project timelines, set milestones, and track day-to-day progress.
- Budget & Cost Control: Prepare cost estimates, manage vendor invoices, and prevent budget overruns.
- Team Coordination: Lead architects, civil engineers, general contractors, and trade subcontractors.
- Permits & Compliance: Secure local building permits and ensure adherence to housing and safety codes.
- Quality & Safety: Conduct site inspections to enforce strict labor safety and quality control standards.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing residential building or multi-family construction.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and master project scheduling software.
- Soft Skills: Solid negotiation, problem-solving, and team communication abilities

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
