What You’ll Do

Plan & Schedule with Confidence

- Develop clear project schedules and adapt as projects evolve
- Communicate deadlines to ensure timely execution

Own the Budget Details
- Track expenses and vendor invoices
- Monitor project costs to maintain financial accuracy

Keep Resources Flowing
- Coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors to avoid delays
- Ensure project milestones are met efficiently

Be the Communication Hub
- Serve as the go-to liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Keep everyone aligned through timely updates and follow-through

Stay Ahead of Risks
- Identify potential roadblocks early and develop solutions proactively

Champion Quality & Safety
- Enforce high standards for workmanship, safety, and compliance
- Conduct periodic quality checks and resolve issues quickly

Keep Documentation Tight
- Maintain records of contracts, permits, change orders, and progress reports
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and accessible

What It Takes

- Candidates must have prior construction experience in the United States. Candidates with U.S. construction experience are encouraged to apply
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent experience and proven results are highly valued Experience
- Demonstrated success coordinating construction projects, ideally in multifamily or commercial renovations

Skills & Competencies

- Solid understanding of construction workflows, scheduling, and project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient with tools like Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar PM software
- Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Safety-conscious with a solid grasp of OSHA and compliance standards
- Resourceful problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
