About the Role

HNI GBSC India is hiring an SAP SD skilled to support Order-to-Cash processes, sales operations, pricing, and distribution functions. The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver and enhance SAP SD solutions

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and document business requirements.
Configure and support SAP SD processes.
Support sales order management and distribution activities.
Design and execute testing activities.
Drive issue resolution and process improvements.
Work with business users on training and adoption.
Participate in implementation and enhancement projects.

Required Skills
3+ years of SAP SD experience.
Solid knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Experience with Pricing, Sales Orders, Deliveries, and Billing.
Understanding of SAP SD organizational structures and sales documents.
Robust stakeholder management and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills
ERP implementation experience.
Project management exposure.
Analytics and BI reporting knowledge.
