Finalization of contract for Mining, Raw Material Handling, Recycling Waste, Manpower, Consultancy, etc.
Hiring of Equipment, HEMM etc.
Understanding of machines operation.
Preparation of Internal costing/Clean sheet costing
Draft and execute output-based, KPI-linked and performance-driven service contracts.
Floating Enquiry to the Suppliers/Contractors.
Preparing Comparative Statement/ Negotiation Order finalisation
Preparation of Note for Approval, PO/WO/Agreement.
Drive cost reduction
Knowledge of SAP MM module, Ariba, MS PPT/Excel is required
MIS Reporting, maintaining data related to service orders.
Coordination with all concerned dept (Plant HO) for Requirement, PRs, Scope of Work, TE, Approvals etc.
Follow up with Vendors for timely completion of Job/Mobilization of manpower equipment.
